Production
At Royal Me Now, our artists normally get to work in the first few hours of receiving your order. They normally complete the image within 72 hours (Bespoke option can take longer), and will ask you to confirm if you'd like to proceed with the finished product (this also depends on how quickly you respond back).
It then takes up to approximately 7 working days to get your image transferred and printed on canvas, go through our quality control checks, packaged, and then sent out to you. We will always try to deliver your product to you as soon as possible- but in some circumstances it may take longer, we'll always notify you in advance if this happens.
Delivery
At Royal Me Now, we focus on great service, high-quality products, and fast delivery. Our canvas prints come from a trusted London supplier, so we can keep the quality high and get your order to you quickly.
Please note: Delivery times below do not include production time, and weekends aren’t counted as production or dispatch days.
UK Delivery
- We use Royal Mail, FedEx or DHL Tracked & Signed services, depending on the size of the canvas. It can take 2–5 working days for delivery, and occasionally longer for remote areas.
Special Circumstances
- Royal Mail Strikes: Sometimes things are out of our control- so deliveries might take longer.
- Adverse Weather: Delivery may be delayed in bad weather. We work with couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll be notified of your courier, but check their website for live updates.
- Christmas Orders: UK orders can be guaranteed up to 20th December in most circumstances.
