Returns Policy

As all of the products we provide are unique and individual to you, we're unable to accept returns for refund. We'll always wait for you to confirm that you're happy for the image to be printed, so there shouldn't be any surprises!

We can accept returns for replacements in certain circumstances:

  • If you don't receive your product within 15 days from your confirmed order, we'll send you a replacement at absolutely no cost to you. Contact us if you don't receive anything 15 days after your confirmed order, and we'll be able to assist.
  • If your product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you've received it so we can send you a replacement at absolutely no cost to you. We'll need to know the details and you may need to provide evidence — but get in touch and we'll be able to assist.

You can cancel your order, as long as it's within 24 hours of your confirmed order. After the 24 hour period, cancellations will be accepted at our discretion. This is because work will have already started on your order by our digital artists.

If we accept the cancellation after the 24 hour period, there will be a 20% cancellation fee to compensate for any work started.

If a confirmed order has already been printed onto canvas (normally after 48 hours of the confirmed order), then unfortunately cancellations won't apply.
